Lakewood Neighbor Promotes CEO Artists/Community
A nearby art gallery, the Miracle Street Gallery, currently is featuring pieces submitted by Community Educational Outrach clients who reside at the Kendall Street men’s facility.
CEO staff instructor Michelle Clark worked out the arrangements with Miracle Street which is headed up by Rick Roberts.
Proprietor Rick Roberts “has started and managed dozens of businesses and has a true entrepreneurial spirit. He co-founded Legacy Grace Community Development Corporation to provide affordable housing solutions, business start-ups and an art gallery for homeless and low income folks to display their work and change their lives. He loves singing and dancing, photography and painting. He lives with his wife and five sons in Denver. He attended the Colorado School of Mines.”
Miracle Street Gallery is in need of donations of art supplies and donations of volunteer time as well. This includes paintings, jewelry, stained glass, pottery and other items. Donated items will be sold to help support the mission at Miracle Street.
Below are CEO Client creations which were on display this past summer at our summer event in the art district on Santa Fe Boulevard in Denver.
