It’s A Wrap! – Regis University Students Present!

Student Teams Relate Impressions

As the Regis University 2015 school year comes to end this week – the student teams from the “Research and Writing in the Community” taught by Professor Geoffrey Bateman, each presented their final impressions and project results on Wednesday – April 29th –  at the college campus.

CEO and several other community partners were represented included Focus Points, The Gathering Place, Padres, Florence Criterion and others.

CEO’s three member student team – sophomores Haley Goncalves, Samantha Brisson, and Natasha Hill – presented their “Info graphics” project as well as their impressions gained when visiting the CEO men’s facility in Lakewood to observe the services program in person.  They were provided with a guided tour by CEO male resident clients and shared experiences.

The 2-hour session finished with a group discussion and sharing session relating to the challenges of research – writing and applying findings to community solutions.  The Regis info graphics relating to CEO’s program can be viewed at our Regis “Breaking the Cycle” Web Page.
